High School Class of 2019 Offers of Admission

A photo of Anonymous Anonymous
University applications are open!  I thought we could start a discussion so that people can see when people get accepted, where they applied and their averages.

I found the 2018 discussion to be very helpful and informative, in that discussion they included the following information;

Program and post-secondary institution
Date of application
Date of offer
Admission average (Grade 11, Grade 12 first semester- basically whatever was used in determining admission qualifications)
Province you're applying from
Any other information you'd like to add.

I applied as a 101 applicant to Queen's and Western Sociology in November and still haven't heard anything back yet despite some of my classmates receiving offers already.

My Grade 11 average was 90% (I am also an IB student with a predicted 35). Should I be worried?

*Sorry I'm just really anxious ://*

I submitted on November 18th for general sciences & engineering. My grade 11 average is around 93-94% but I haven't submitted my PSE yet so I've been wondering if that's why I haven't heard anything yet (even though it's not mandatory).

do you know what the competitive average for med sci is and how many they enrol?
Was this helpful? Yes 0

A photo of Anonymous Anonymous
I'm pretty sure to have a competitive average for the program, you have to have a 93%-94% (That was the cutoff last year) and they enroll about 1000 students

A photo of Anonymous Anonymous
I'm a first year Med Sci student, on the rejection email, the cut off was 92%. We enroll 750-ish students a year. You are very wrong (who posted above).
